At TeleSAFE, we know that when a survivor gets complete wrap-around care and services, they are better able to process their trauma and often begin their healing journey sooner than survivors who do not receive on-going, supportive care. TeleSAFE was created to expand access to specialized care for survivors across New York state. From the moment you arrive and with your consent, our providers support your hospital in delivering trauma-informed, compassionate, person-centered care. You will set the pace of your exam and are in control at all times – you can decline any service at any time, for any reason. Your hospital provider will discuss your options with you at the time of care.
